On-site service is available for triage, simple swaps, and pickup/delivery. Complex troubleshooting and board-level repair are typically completed in our shop, where we can run controlled testing and document results.

On-site is best for:

  • First-visit triage to confirm the issue and next steps

  • Device pickup/dropoff for busy teams

  • Simple swaps when it’s faster than transporting devices

  • Scheduled “device health” sweeps for fleets (by appointment)

Diagnostic / Bench Fee

We charge a bench/diagnostic fee to cover evaluation time, safe disassembly, measurement/testing, and documentation. This protects turnaround times and ensures every job starts with a clear technical assessment.

If you approve the repair, the diagnostic fee can be credited toward the work (where applicable). If you decline repair after diagnosis, the diagnostic fee still applies.
